Any kind of get-together at my aunt's house included this sandwich. Sometimes she had this filling between long Italian bread or several Kaiser rolls.  Either way, this was delicious and easy to transport.

 

Egg, Deviled Ham, and Cheese Sandwiches

 

1 large French bread or hard rolls, slice lengthwise

6 hard-cooked eggs, shelled and mashed

1 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese

2 tsp instant minced onion

2 Tbsp Catsup

1/2 tsp powdered mustard

1/2 tsp Worcestershire

Dash of hot pepper sauce (opt)

1/4 cup mayonnaise

2 small cans or 1 large can of deviled ham

 

Mix thoroughly, and add spread between butter bread or roll.
