Sauce Tabasco
2 Tbsp butter or margarine
1 med onion chopped
1 clove garlic minced (opt)
1/2 cup catsup
2 Tbsp vinegar
1/2 tsp Tabasco
1 Tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tsp dry mustard
1/4 cup water
Combine all ingredients into saucepan and bring to a
boil. Use to brush steak, roast, spare-ribs, chicken, and frankfurters, during
cooking. Yields 1-1/4 cups.
