These crisp-nutty drop cookies were my favorite. Mom made
them for any celebration I could come up with!
Pecan Jumble
1-1/2 cup finely packed dark brown sugar
1 cup Best Foods Real Mayonnaise
2 eggs
2-3/4 cup unsifted flour
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 cup salt
1 cup chopped pecans
1 cup pecan halves
In a large bowl beat the first 4 ingredients until
smooth. Stir in the next 4 ingredients. Drop by level tablespoon 2 inches apart
on greased cookie sheet. Top each with half of a pecan. Bake 375F for 8-10
minutes or until lightly brown. Immediately transfer cookies to a wire rack.
Makes 4 dozen.
